Did someone tell you that travel ball is expensive so you have never even thought about letting your child play?  It definitely can be.  There are a lot of factors involved - the organization, distance, how many tournaments, uniforms, sanctions, team insurance, the list goes on. 

 

Below is from fall 2023.  This year's (2025) team fee is $12.22, we are changing to a new design jersey this year - the jersey is $39.00 approximately - depending on how many are ordered at 1 time.  as always, tournament fees are split between however many players we have at the tournament.

I will break down what this team costed per player for fall season of 2023. This gives you an idea of actual, true, costs​

Fall Membership Fee - $11.90 - This is the sanction fees and team insurance. We only paid sanction fees with the organizations we planned on playing with this fall, but this covers the team for the whole year. The same for insurance, which is included in this fee. Even though it is called Fall membership fee - the team is covered for the whole year.

If we decide to play in other sanctions next season, we will take the exact amount it costs and split that amongst the players.

Coaches pay for their own background checks. 

​

Uniforms - these are paid for by parents, Jersey - $55.     Black pants, red socks, red belt, and cleats were bought where ever the parent decided.

​

3 times this fall we played themed tournaments, where the players needed certain color t-shirt jerseys - those were $13.00 each.  Afterwards, they can use them to practice in, if they want to.

 

Tournaments - We played a total of 11 tournaments.  We take the price of the tournament and divide it by number of players. We do not charge pickup players (if we need them) because they are coming to help our team out.  (price is listed after divided between the number of players)

Sept 9th - $0 - one of the parents sponsored it

Sept 23rd - $15.42 

Oct 7th - $25.00

Oct 21st - $22.00

Total for tournaments - $221.87

This does not include gas, snacks, drinks, etc for players or parents at the tournaments. Most bring coolers with drinks, bags with snacks, etc with them so that they don't spend as much at the concession stands.

This also does not list equipment that your player may already have or need, that is a personal preference and left up to the player and their family to pick out and purchase.

We are very transparent about the costs and fees - every single parent is welcome to see receipts, we post the tournament flyer each week so that you can see for yourself how much a tournament will cost. NO HIDDEN FEES. 

 

Of course we cannot guarantee that any of the costs won't go up or down. But we only charge what it actually costs.
